Life is full of Leaves
020214
My friends and I went to a little get-together before one flies to Aussie...
Of course we had a GREAT time but to think she's gonna leave us is so unbearable....
She is like a mum to me always nagging me when I'm lazy or not doing my homework....
And sometimes we are like partners in crime for sneaking out together...
After High school everyone goes separate ways .....
Some overseas, some local, often we can't get to meet everyday like we used to...
Back in the days we just needed to skittle to another classroom to see a friend...
Now at least there's still a thing called the internet to keep us in touch...
Enough of this sad bull-shit and let's get on to what we did!!
First of all, we went to the bookstore and a RM5 store to buy some stuff for her to bring to Aussie
After walking the WHOLE store we went to Pandora
We promised each other a Pandora bracelet
So the upcoming birthdays we don't have to worry about each other's present
I'm all about food so there must be FOOD!!
Chocolate Passion Chocolate Café is the place we went
The food was heavenly words cannot describe!!
It was pure indulgence!!
Enought said! Let the pictures speak for themselves!!
Mango Yogurt Smoothie, Chocolate Rum & Raisin Smoothie, Mint Hot Cocoa
Mine was the Chocolate Rum & Raisin Smoothie!
It was love at first sip!!
Sweet at first with chunks of raisins
After swallowing the rum still lingers in your mouth!!
Churros with Dark Chocolate Dip
Crunchy fried churros with the oh-so-amazing dark choco dip!!
Perfect combination!!
We didn't order much as we just wanted a place to sit and chat...
We did what girls would normally do in Malls!!
Shop!! Yea we mainly shop for my friends essentials and what-nots but its still shopping right??
Shop Shop Shop!! Shopping is exercising!!
And what do you feel after exercising? HUNGRY!!!
Next stop, Italiannies!!
An Italian restaurant just because I crave for pasta and there's also pizza!
Enjoy getting hungry looking!!
Classic Carbonara
It's so creamy and delicious!!
Accompanied with some bacon and mushrooms!
An overall amazing dish!
Ham & Cheese Pizza
Lacks in ingredients as I might say
The crust is not as crunchy?
Definitely not enough CHEESE!!
We went home stuffed and happy!!
She left on 090214.....
Life is full of leaves (just like fall!)
I miss her dearly already and hope she flies back soon!!
Don't be dismayed at goodbyes. A farewell is necessary before you can meet again. And meeting again, after moments or lifetime, is certain for those who are friends.

Hello Sydney~(Part XIV)
The finale!!
Finally I'm done posting about my vacation~
I forgot the name of the mall we went.....
My aunt bought some clothes and I had ice-cream!!!
Rum & Raisins~ :D
Later we went to try Malaysian food.....
I'm really no fan of my hometown food but I can't say a thing about it.....
I mean who would eat home food when you're in a different country??
I would really like steaks or whatever food rather than food in my hometown.
The food isn't as good as back home. (As expected...)
Hainan Chicken Rice.
Char Koay Teow
Char Hor Fun with Egg.
Hokkien Mee.
Laksa.
After the not-so-satisfying meal of my life,
We went to have a coffee-break.
Seems like we can't live without the caffeine!
We also ordered Orange Carrot Cupcake to nibble on!
Orange Carrot Cupcake
Skimmed Hot Cocoa
Flat-white
Look at the tissue design!
So cute!
It's the last meal before our flight back to boring ol' Malaysia....
But I promised myself I'll be back!!
Adieu~
We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure.
There is no end to the adventures we can have
If only we seek them with our eyes wide open.

Hello Sydney~(Part XIII)
2nd last day in Sydney~
Days flew right past me like rockets.....
We went to shop for the very last time at Market City.
I bought some more clothes as usual and had korean food!
Of course we had breakfast first before leaving the house.
Took a pic of our breakfast~
Very healthy I say so myself.
We shopped till dusk before going home for dinner.
My aunt made Aussie sausages for dinner!!
The sausages were super delicious!!
There was also steamed egg with prawns~ (My Fav)
Looking at the surroundings thinking to myself,
It's almost time to say goodbye~
When East meets West.
BBQ Sausages and Corn!
I'm finally in the photo!!
:')
When my mother had to get dinner for 8,
she'd make enough for 16 and only serve half.

Hello Sydney~(Part XII)
Watsons Bay on the 12th day in Sydney.
It was also New Years Eve.
Excited for the fireworks!!
The reason we went to Watsons Bay was to see the Pacific Ocean.
It was breath-takingly beautiful.
The vast sea~
We even had the famous Fish & Chips in town!
Nothing beats a day at the beach~
Busy Beach.
All hail the mighty seagull!
Another Fish and Chips place near the beach.
Mouth-wateringly delicious!!!
I'm dreaming about it right now~
Now for the view of the Pacific Ocean!
I'll skip the captions unless I feel like caption-ing.
Still a sucker for flowers!
Now for tea break!!
We went to Three Beans Café for tea time after.
Love the chalkboard design!
Cookies!
Flat-white.
Skim Hot Chocolate.
Ice Chocolate with Ice Cream.
We went home to rest before tonight's fireworks!!
We had a great view because there's a friend living at a place with a fantastic view of Harbour Bridge.
When the clock struck 12,
Fireworks blasted into the dark night sky,
Like bright paint splashing on black canvas,
Couples kissed each other to start off the new year,
Some say their resolutions out loud,
Others cheer at the top of their lungs.
New Year, New Beginning!
My camera sucks!! To the max!!
Sigh~
I'm working on getting a new camera!
It's just the money!! :(
Year's end is neither an end nor a beginning but a going on,
with all the wisdom that experience can instill in us.
